A limited purpose membership is being offered to all the Mutual Fund distributors
to use the exchange infrastructure to purchase and redeem mutual fund units on behalf
of their clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Entities allowed to seek permission :
- Individuals
- Partnership Firms
- Corporate / LLP / Trust / Societies / any other entities granted membership by AMFI
as a Distributor
AMFI Registration Number :
- Applicant should have valid registration with AMFI in name of Individual / Entity
seeking limited membership on Exchange platform
Documents required to be submitted
- Application form -Annexure 1
- Undertaking to be submitted by Mutual Fund Distributor- Annexure 2
- Certified true copies of ARN certificates
- Board Resolution in case of Corporates
- Certified True copy of GST certificate
- NMFII Registration documents
Membership Registration Fee:
- One time Membership Registration fee of Rs. 2000/- (plus applicable taxes)
Grant of Membership
On successful scrutiny, the exchange will grant membership of the NMF II platform
to the applicant
An approval letter will be issued to member distributor with
- Unique identification number for the member
- Login details to access NMF II platform
Existing Members
All existing members who are registered for the MFSS platform are automatically
eligible for the membership of the NMF II platform, they have to submit Annexure
4 for enablement of NMF II platform.
